Renee got me into the home of my dreams--no exaggeration.
I saw a post for an adorable little cottage one mile from the beach on the day the listing went public and knew it was "meant to be". I showed it to Renee and she immediately recognized the value in my home's location and saw that I was serious. She pushed hard to help me navigate a bidding process and get me into the home. Renee had great ideas that worked for financing in a super competitive seller's market and got me through the whole process with confidence. She was always available to update me and advise me and she worked with total efficiency. As a single woman buying my first home in California on a teacher's salary, I can't thank Renee enough for her hard work and faith that I would get my home with an affordable mortgage. She 100% made it happen.
If you know what you want and you're serious about getting it, I definitely recommend working with Renee. She is an excellent person to have on your team. She cares about getting you into a home that's a good personal fit and a good investment.

My husband and I found our perfect first home with Renee! Because this is a sellers' market, we didn't think we'd get anything right away. But within only two weeks of searching, we got an accepted offer on a beautiful home in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of San Diego. We moved in within 2 months from when we started looking. Renee did everything to make this an easy process for us. She drove us around to see all the houses, sent us new listings daily, and helped us make many same-day offers. Throughout the whole process, she was diligent about returning our calls and answering questions. If we needed her in the area, she was there in a heartbeat. She did a great job getting in touch with the listing agents to get more information on the houses we were interested in so we can put in a competitive offer. We actually got our house for under the asking price (in a seller's market!) because of her. We are so grateful and appreciative of Renee!!! We couldn't be happier in our new home.

Have known Renee for many years. When we recently needed a realtor in the North County/Oceanside area we happily reached out to her. Renee was thoughtful and creative in her approach. She sent many listings that matched our criteria and she also thought outside the box and presented good options that we might not otherwise have considered. She was always willing to chase down any extra information we needed. And all with no pressure to just pick one. Highly recommend Renee.
